BULLER BUTCHERS CLOSING PREMISES
(P.A.) WESTPORT, Sept. 30. Awaiting provision by the Government for the fixation of more reasonable purchasing prices for stock compared with the selling prices fixed by the Price Tribunal, butchers in the Buller district will close their premises from tomorrow night and they will not reopen them until a favourable agreement has been reached. Other butchers on the West Coast have adopted a similar attitude.
