“CONGRESS FOR HATE AND WAR”
WARSAW, Aug. 26. Professor A. J. Taylor, one of Britain’s delegates, denounced the world congress of intellectuals as a "congress for hate and war".
The Associated Press correspondent says most of the British and American delegates appeared shocked by the violence of the Russian attacks against the United States and Britain in the congress, which was called “to draft a peace programme”.
