Although the fall of the French Government is likely to delay the western Powers’ reply to the Soviet Note on the Berlin blockade, diplomatic quarters in London do not consider that it has caused a crisis in the international situation, says Reuter. The formation of a new French Cabinet is not expected to cause a big change in French foreign policy. A message from The Hague says that the French Foreign Minister, M. Bidault, is flying back to Paris today because of the Schuman Government’s fall.
