AUST. ROTARIANS WANT TO CHARTER SHIP
SYDNEY. June 22.
Australian Rotarians are trying to charter a liner to carry them to New York and back next year. Four hundred want to attend the Rotary International conference in New York in June next year. But they stand no chance of getting a dollar allotment for such a jaunt. They are in the market for a ship, charter fee to be paid in Australian money, which would carry them to New York and back, and in which they would live while in New York. They would not spend a dollar, except on bus fares. An international travel firm is making inquiries all over the world for a ship.
