IRGUN AS POLITICAL PARTY IN ISRAEL

(10.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 16. The Jewish terrorist group Irgun Zvai Leumi has become a political party within the State of Israel known as the Jewish Freedom Movement, says the British United Press correspondent. The Irgun Zvai Leumi outside Israel will still be a military organisation. The party’s programme claims the whole of Palestine west and east of the Jordan, advocates friendly relations with Russia and the United States and unrestricted "repatriation” of Jews to Palestine.
