CONSUMPTION OF WATER
The metered flow of water through the Gisborne Borough supply for the fortnight ended June 7 was 15,510,009 gallons. Rainfall at Waingake for the fortnight was 4.11 in., and the total fall for May 20.48 in. The storage in the new Man?aooike dam reached spillway level on June 9. •
