BEY SCORES IN PRIX DU JOCKEY CLUB

PARIS, June 13. The French Derby, called the Prix du Jockey Club, of 1£ miles, was won by Bey by a length from Tangagrello with Flush Royal a neck away. The race, which was run at Chantilly, was a triumph for the Australian jockey Togo Johnstone and the trainer, Richard Carver who, in their respective spheres won the English Derby with My Love. The race was worth £3500- There were 22 starters.
