31 BODIES RECOVERED FROM MINED SHIP

(10 a.m.) COPENHAGEN. June 13. Thirty-one bodies have been recovered from the Danish ship Kjobenhavn, which struck a mine in the Kattegat. Reports from divers disclosed that the mine blasted a hole more than 90ft. long in the bottom of the ship’s hull. It is expected it will be a fortnight before the number of deaths is determined. It is officially stated that 250 passengers were rescued, of whom 123 were wounded.
