DISSOLUTION OF RED GUARDS’ UNITS URGED
(10.30 a.m.) VIENNA, June 13. Herr Ferninaut Graf, Austrian Secretary of State, addressing a People's Party rally demanded the immediate dissolution of the armed Communist "Werkschutz” brigades. The Soviet occupation authorities formed the brigades to guard Russiancontrolled installations They are reported to be 12,000 strong.
