SKULL IDENTIFIED

MISSING DEERSTALKER

AID OF DENTAL RECORDS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, June 2. A skull which was found on March 22 of this year about 11 miles south of Waiouru has been identified by the police from dental records as that of Mr. Walter Thomas Hoare, of Lower Hutt.

On April 21, 1946, Mr. Hoare, then aged 22, was a member of a deerstalking party camped between Waiouru and Taupo. He left camp to go decr I stalknig and failed to return.
