RED AID FOR KOREANS MORE RIOTING PLANNED TOKYO, April 27. The police today began a round up of Korean school authorities who refused to comply with orders issued to register their schools under the Japanese educational law. Japanese reports today estimate the casualties in Kobe and Osaka on Sunday night variously from three to 13 killed. After police used fire hoses to break up Korean demonstrations involving a crowd of 25.000 shots were fired between Koreans and Japanese. The American authorities throughout Japan and Korea are soeeding up plans to meet large-scale Communist riots and uprisings to begin on Saturday. A Communist Party spokesman announced official support of the Korean rioters.
