TROOPS OCCUPY SAN JOSE (9 a.m.) SAN JOSE (Costa Rica), April 25.

General Jose Figuere’s right-wing revolutionary troops marched into the capital today after ousting the Com-munist-supported Government of the out-going President Teodoro Picado. General Figueres will serve as Foreign Minister and Public Security Secretary in a temporary Cabinet under acting-president Santos Herrera.
