WAR TALK DISPARAGED (9 a.m.) BOMBAY. April 25. The Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Nehru, said he firmly believed that there would not be a third world war in the near future. India would not align herself with one or other of the two Power blocs into which the world had split. “We want to be friendly with every country-and to follow our own line of policy,” he added.
