NO BREACH YET

COLOMBIA AND SOVIET RADIO REPORT PREMATURE (11 a.m.) BOGOTA, April 14. The Colombian Conservative Foreign Minister-, Senor Eduardo Zuleta, today denied that Colombia had broken off relations with the Soviet. "We have taken no definite action yet,” he added. “The Government radio announcement of the break was premature.” The newspaper El Liberal reports Senor Zuleta saying that, as a result of the radio announcements, the station’s Conservative director had been discharged and a Liberal substituted. Senor Zuleta said “We have appointed a new director so that only official news will be given.”
