(P.A.) ' WELLINGTON, March 12. With the reopening of schools meat coupons saved during the week ended March 6 were the highest since last December and a considerable increase over the previous week. The total number of coupons saved were butter 2510, meat 128,248. Gisborne on a population basis headed the list with 200 butter and 31,799 meat couoons. Blenheim was second.
