BULGARIAN CLAIM

DIPLOMATS SACKED ECHO OF RESIGNATIONS SOFIA, March 8. The Bulgarian news agency, commenting on the reported resignation of Professor Nikolas Dolaptchieff, the Bulgarian Minister in London, declared that the Minister had been dismissed because, first, when he was asked to return to Sofia “to inform the Bulgarian Government on measures to improve relations between Britain and Bulgaria,” he refused to come, and, sceondly, that Professor Dolaptchieff was the Bulgarian Minister in London and had proposed no measures to improve relations between the two States.
