SHORN LAMB DEDUCTIONS. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board announces that the basis agreed upon with the meat exporters for shorn lamb deductions will be as follows: Skins Pulling.—Up to Jib Wool, l|d per lb on carcase weight; over Jib to Jib, ljd; over -Jib to lib, lfd; over lib to ljlb, ljd. The above rates apply to the present schedule of lljd per lb for wooly lambs at present ruling in the North Island and will increase by id per lb on the same pullings for each rise in the schedule of that amount consequent on increased wool pullings. An amended basis of deduction will j be published in the event of an adjustment in the value of slipe wool. Later in the season when shorn lambs are V pulling over the maximum weight set out above the rates will be revised.
