TRADE WITH N.Z.

INDIA'S DEVELOPMENT

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 17. India was capable of great industrial development and when the present political difficulties had been overcome she would' probably be looking to overseas markets, including New Zealand and Australia.

This opinion was expressed by Mr. A. Wooller, formerly of the Indian civil service, who has arrived in Wellington to take up duties as an additional trade commissioner for the United Kingdom. While in India Mr. Wooller was closely associated with price tribunal work and the bulk purchasing of grain and other commodities, and for a time was also in the political service.
