NEARING VOYAGE END
PROGRESS OF PAMIR (P.A.) ; WELLINGTON. Dec. 16. The barque Pamir which left Wellington .on October 3 with food for Britain, via Cape Horn, is near the end of her long voyage. A radio message from the Pamir’s master, Captain Collier, lodged at 8.40 a.m; G.M.T. yesterday, stated that the barque was then 500 miles west of the Seillys. A head wind had just emerged into a hard sea gale. All aboard were well.
