TROOPS REPULSE RAIDERS NEW DELHI, Dec. 12. A force of raiders estimated variously at 1000 to 3000 swooped on Southern Kashmir today and looted and burned 10 villages with a total population of 7000, says Reuter’s correspondent in Jammu. „., „ Refugees said that many of the raiders were Pathans, some mounted and many carrying Sten guns and small arms. Indian troops were rushed to the area and are restoring normal conditions.
