SUGAR RATIONING ENDS
CANADIAN DECISION
OTTAWA, Nov. 28. All rationing of sugar and edible molasses, in effect in Canada since July, 1942, have ended. , Price ceilings, states the Minister of Finance Mr. D. Abbott, will be retained on both’items, but at the same time an increase of 1 per cent per pound in the lawful maximum price of sugar has been authorised.
