Victoria will definitely create a trading bank to compete with the Commonwealth Bank if the High Court challenges against banking nationalisation fgjj The State Attorney-General, Mr. Oldham said this commenting on the New South Wales Government’s move to expend its Rural Bank into .a trading Mr. Oldham said that the State Trading Bank would be entirely a new one and would give full'trading bank facilities.
