JUBILEE FUND PLAN RESTORATION OF CHURCH (11 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. A fund has been opened to mark the jubilee on December 12 of the founder of T.O.C. H, the Rev. P. B. (Tubby) Clayton as Vicar of All Hallow by the Tower. . The money will not be given as a personal gift to Mr Clayton who, the organisers state, is “beloved by the roadsweeper and city magnate alike.” It will be used to help the restoration of All Hallows Church which was bombed and largely burnt in 1940.
