SYDNEY SUMMER WEAR ' SYDNEY, Nov, 20. Most people favour men wearing shorts to work and discarding ties and coats in the summer. This is shown by a survey of public opinion made for a group of clothing manufacturers. Fifty-nine per cent of women and 52 per cent of men said men should discard coats in summer. Seventy-seven per cent of women and 65 per cent of men favoured discarding ties. Fortyone per cent of women and 73 per cent of men favoured wearing shorts to work. __
