A Hollywood producer offers to take Scotch whisky in part payment for a film. „ .
Hi's offer is made ir a letter to Prime Minister of Britain, Mr C. R. Attlee, as a result of Britain’s shortage of dollars. The producer, Mr John W Rogers, writes that he also is prepared to take antiques from London, fine English silver, cotton goods from Lancashire, wool fabrics from Yorkshire, steel products from Sheffield. . . His latest film is “The Spirit of West Point.” ;
