MR. And MRS. J. T.. PAUL (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 10: Fifty years of married life will be completed today by Mr. J. T. Paul, M.L.C., and Mrs. Paul, Karori, formerly of Dunedin. , , „ They were married in Bendigo, Victoria, in 1897, and came to New Zealand almost immediately afterwards. They made their home in Dunedin where Mr. Paul was engaged in newspaper work until he resigned from the literary staff of the Otago Daily Times on the outbreak of war in 1939 to accept an appointment as director of publicity and controller of censorship. He held that position throughout the W Mrs. Paul was formerly Miss Ethel Blake?' Bendigo, Victoria. They have a family of three —Messrs. R. J. Paul, Wellington and L. T. Paul, Dunedin, and Mrs. Eric Short, Auckland. ______
