Gisbornians’ Golfing Successes
Success has attended the captain of the P.B. Ladies’ Golf Club, Mrs R. F. Hutchinson, in her visit to Whakatane for the golf championships there, as she has been successful in winning the championship. Last year’s title-holder was Mrs F. A. McFadyen, also of the P.B. Ladies’ Golf Club. Other successes have been scored by Mrs W. D. Morley, who was the winner of the B flight, and Mrs E. V. Harrison and Miss J. Izod, who were the runners-up of their respective sections.
