MASS ARAB PROTESTS
OCTOBER 3 INSTRUCTIONS (9 a m ) CAIRO. Sept. 26. The Arab Higher Organisation issued a statement calling on the Arab and Islamic worlds to protest on October 3 against the report of the United Nations’ Special Committee on Palestine bv strikes, demonstrations, meetings, press articles, statements and cable messages to the United Nations and protests to foreign Embassies, Legations and Consulates. The statement adds that the organisation had received thousands of cable messages from political organisations in Arab countries expressing their readiness for action.”
