STERLING AREA TALKS (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Sept. 4. The official statement from London on (he sterling area discussions was confirmed today by the Minister of Finance, Mr. W. Nash, who said the New Zealand Government had accepted an invitation to be present at the talks. “No decision has yet been taken as to our representatives,” said Mr. Nash. “I expect this will be decided shortly. It will, however, not be practicable for our representatives to reach London until the latter half of this month.”
