MR. FRASER’S RETURN
RECEPTIONS IN SYDNEY (11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 5. Tire New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, will leave this morning by air on his return to the Dominion. Yesterday he was the guest of the International Correspondents’ Association at an informal luncheon, after which he was entertained at afternoon tea by the Governor of New South Wales, General J. Northcott.
