SECOND SCENE AT U.N.

EGYPTIAN INTERRUPTER (10 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 24. Egypt at a meeting of the Security Council on Friday, opposed a Brazilian proposal which would require Britain and Egypt to report to the council on direct negotiations aimed at evacuating British troops from Egypt and settling their dispute over who should dominate the Sudan. _ . As Sir Alexander Cadognn, Britain, was concluding his reply to Nokrashy Pasha, the proceedings were interrupted for a second time by a demonstration. Ahmed Kamel Kotb, president of the Egyptian Socialist Fellah (Farmers Party) stood up in the audience and shouted: “Either liberty or death! Down with imperialism! Long live the Nile Valley! Long live the King of the Nile Valley!” United Nations’ guards removed Kotb.
