GERMANS TO BENEFIT
SHARE OF EXPORT FUNDS BRITISH-U.S. DECISION (11 am) BERLIN, Aug. 11. The United States and British Military Governments, in an attempt to increase German efforts, announced that 10 per cent, of foreign exchange proceeds from tlie export of manufactured goods shall be devoted to the benefit of German manufacturers and employers instead of being devoted solely towards paying for imports of food and essential raw materials.
