DELAY IN CHANGEOVER
AIR FORCE SERVICES (P.A.) WELLINGTON. April ,10. | It may be necessary lo postpone the 1 taking over by the National Air wavs ' Corporation of the internal R.N.Z.A.F. , transport services. This was announced ! yesterday by an official of the corpora- ! (ion. | the intention was for the corporation to operate there services as from to- | day, but delay has been caused through I insufficient time to obtain the necessary ! certificates of airworthiness for all the j Dakotas to bo used on those services. | So far only a few cf the certificates j have been issued. It may be that the : services will not be taken over by the j Airways Corporation for another I month. They will continue to be j operated in the meantime by the R.N.Z.A.F.
