ROYAL NAVY PLANS ALLIES AND DOMINIONS LONDON. Jan. 29. Viscount Hall, replying to a questioner in the House of Lords, said that Britain had transferred, or would be transferring, 410 naval vessels to the Dominions, Allies and some other countries.
