HALF-MILLION CHEQUE

OTAGO WOOL-GROWERS (P.A.) DUNEDIN, Jan. 29. Otago wool-growers who entered clips at the first Dunedin sale for the season on December 18 have been returned a cheque totalling over half a million pounds. The number of bales offered was 22,352. and of this total only 36 bales we unsold. The actual cheque to be distributed is £555,048 14s.
