TWO WINS AND THIRD BELIEVED N.Z. RECORD (P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 30. When Mr. W. Weir, of 46 Bligli street. South Brighton, issued ticket 32028 of "My Lucky Year" art union to “Merle.” of Christchurch, he established what is believed to be a New Zealand record in selling two winning numbers within two years. Mr. Weir could not identify the luckv ticket holder last night, but he knew it to be a woman “between 30 and 40 years of age.”

Mr. Weir, whose stand is in Cashel street near the corner of High street, sold his first wipning art union ticket to a young man from Cobden in February, 1945. Since then he has also issued a third prize-winning ticket.
