(10.15 a.m.) BERNE. Jan. 29. The International Committee of Scientific Unions unanimously resolved that world security and peace are impossible if the free exchange of scientific discoveries is barred for military reasons.

The committee also demanded the immediate removal of restrictions introduced during the war which constituted an intolerable obstacle to scientific research.
