INSPECTION OF CATERING (Official N. Z. Correspondent With J-l'orce) CHOFU. Jan. 22.
Sir Stanton Hicks, professor of physiology and pharmacology at the University of Adelaide, who was director of catering for the Australian Army during the Second World War, has completed a two-day inspection tour of the New Zealand Brigade area. Sir Stanton is in Japan to inspect the catering arrangements of the British Commonwealth Occupation Force, and confer in an advisory capacity with the supply services. Fie inspected the facilities in the Chofu and Yamaguchi areas.
