TREATY DISAGREEMENT PREMIER IN SCUFFLE CAIRO, Jan. 27. A melee in the Egyptian Chamber of Deputies, followed the announcement by the Prime Minister. Nokrashy Pasha, that Egypt is to submit her case on the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty to the United Nations, says the British United Press correspondent in Cairo. King Farouk, sitting incognito in the upper gallery, watched the Deputies fighting. Pandemonium broke out after Nokrashy Pasha's announcement. A number of deputies tried to speak. Makram Ebeid Pasha, leader of the Kotle Party, began shouting criticism of the Government. He declared that Egvpt should submit her case to the United Nations, but not to the Security Council. . A Saadist Deputy walked to the dais and began speaking, whereupon Makram Ebeid Pasha pushed him from the dais Saadist Deputies then manhandled Makram Ebeid Pasha. The fighting soread and the din was terrific. The Prime Minister shoved his way through the battle and dragged >ut Makram tebejd Pasha.
