AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION PERTH. Jan. 27.' The Sydney Sprinter, John Treloar, won the Australian 100 yds championship after outstanding runs in his heat and the final. His heat time equalled the Australian record of 9.6 sec. New South Wales athletes won six titles in the first day of the championship meeting, establishing a commanding points lead. Charles Green, West Australia, equalled the Australian 120 yds hurdles record of 14.6 sec in winning the final.
