(11.45 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 2”. Some kind of common British Empire citizenship may finally result from talks now being held in London, says the Press Association. Officials of the Dominions Office and the representatives in Britain of New Zealand, Australia, Canada and South Africa arc making a preliminary survey of. citizenship problems. They will report in their Governments and if is likely to be some time before decisions are reached.
