STALIN ON HOLIDAY
HEALTH IMPAIRED RECUPERATION PERIOD (10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 8. Marshal Stalin is taking a holiday just as he did at this time last year, says the Associated Press correspondent in Moscow. Then he returned on December 17 and, presumably, will return about the same time this year. The Sunday Dispatch prints on the front page a story from _ a French journalist “with contacts in Russian circles” stating that Marshal Stalin is suffering from vascular troubles and general wearing out of his system. He has spent the last five weeks in Abkhazia because it is believed to be the healthiest spot in Russia. Marshal Stalin’s doctors chose Abkhazia because nearly 3000 centenarians are living tlvue and scientists believe the air and water are responsible for their longevity.
