10 DAYS’ HOLIDAY
(P.A.) DUNEDIN, April 13. With reference to a break of about 10 days in the killings at the Burnside freezing works to cover the Easter and Anzac Day holidays, it is now stated that the decision was made by the management after a conference witn the workers. , . • , A longer holiday has been decided on because of Anzac Day falling in the same week as the latter part of the Easter holidays. Although the interruption comes at the flush of the season, it is not expected that it will seriously affect operations.
