RAILCAR ARRIVAL
Delayed at Wellington, the railcar which normally reaches Gisborne at 1.35 on Monday morning did not reach here until 4.22 a.m. yesterday. Although a quick turn round was made, the railcar was 65 minutes late in leaving for Napier yesterday, departing at 4.55 instead of 3.50. Time was made up on the way down to Napier, but it was still behind schedule when it left on its return to Gisborne. The railcar arrived here at 12.51 this afternoon instead of 12.35, its scheduled time.
