Conductresses Go
The disappearance of the last of the conductresses who have served on the Dunedin trams during the war years is heralded in a report of Hie transport committee of the Dunedin City Council. The report states that as numbers of returned servicemen are now available for employment, the committee has decided to terminate the services of the three remaining conductresses.
