UNIONIST CONGRESS
MEETING IN PALESTINE .JERUSALEM, Feb. 13. For the first time in history, the World Unionist Congress will meet in Palestine in late summer or early autumn of this year. The Jewish Agency, in announcing this, also said the agency planned to be represented before the British-Amcri-can Committee of Inquiry when it met in Palestine next month.
