RATION INCREASED
PETROL. IN AUSTRALIA
UP TO BRITISH LEVEL
CANBERRA. Jan. 19.
Cabinet has decided to increase the petrol ration to private motorists by 50 per cent next month. The Minister for Supply, Senator Ashley, said private motorists would have approximately 180 miles of running a month. Their ration would be in line with that in the United Kingdom.
