SHOOTING IN BERLIN BRITISH SOLDIER DIES (9 a.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 18. The British authorities state that as a result of a traffic accident on the Berlin-Spandau road on Saturday night, some Russians became excited and started to shoot, wounding two British soldiers, one of whom died. The Russians were arrested and will be handed over to the Russian authorities.
