SOUTH OTAGO FREEZING
After provision for depreciation and after transference of £14,000 to reserve for income tax and security taxes, profit for the year ended August 31 of tho South Otago Freezing Company, Limited, was £5862, against £6137 in tlie previous year. The directors recommend an unchanged dividend of 5 per cent per annum, absorbing £6630, and that £10,332 should bo carried forward, against £ll,lOO brought in.
