SHARING THE SECRET CHARTER NOT CHANGED LONDON, Sept. 2. Mr. Edward Stettinius, at a press conference, said the whole question oi placing the secret of the atomic bomb in the hands of the United Nations was under discussion . He did not think that in view of the advent of the atomic bomb, there would be any alterations made m the basic United Nations Charter signed at San Francisco. The Military Stall Committee would meet soon after the establishment of the Security Council and the committee would, deal who anything having to do with the use of force . . He added that he was remaining in London until his work on the United Nations Preparatory Commission was finished and, he hoped .until the time of the meeting of the first assembly.
